Crazy Hair Day!

Today was "Crazy Hair Day," at Floyd Elementary!!! With Avalyn's long, beautiful hair, we really got to have some fun, making braided curly-Qs and twisty-messy buns all over her head. You might be able to tell from the pictures that Avalyn didn't think that it was quite as much fun as I did. And with Greg's not-so-long hair, he got to wear his FAVORITE Savers wig. At least he didn't Bic his head, like he talked about, I probably would have cried.

I think that it is so neat that they go to the same school and can share in these fun traditions. They are too cute in these pictures. Love your page.

Funny! I had to do a double-take because Greg actually looks an awful lot like Jan with that wig!

I know how much Avie loves to have her hair tied up and brushed through. She appears to be a trooper, but I'll bet it wasn't quiet or easy. Impressive, though.

Greg, I think you should leave it red from now on and call it Autumn Sunrise.

Great pics! When my hubby was a school teacher he shaved everything off except for a strip down the middle for crazy hair day. Yes, Bill Peavoy had a MOHAWK!!!
