braided criss-crossies

Ok so I usually don't have the patience to fix the girls' hair all cute. But I found this blog completely dedicated to super cute, unique girl hairdo ideas. And I wanted to give it a try. It was a long and painful process, that I probably won't repeat anytime soon. Both girls screamed and complained and cried the WHOLE time. In the end they were all smiles, of course! And it turned out super cute, huh?! Here is Shallon's little hair spout (she wanted in on the action too and she didn't even cry).

They look so cute! I can't wait for Ellie's hair to be longer. Though, I don't know how she'll deal with it. She immediately says "ow" anytime I even touch her hair.

Nice work! So cute. I would never be able to do that--one reason I don't deserve any girls! I can barely fix my own hair.

My sister gets her daughter to sit still and quiet for hair fixing with her favorite movie and some candy. Nothing like a little bribery!

After I saw their adorable hairstyle at church a few weeks ago, I did this same style to my girls. I love it! I'll have to check out the site. Thanks for the inspiration! I'm always looking for new ideas.
